Data we process when you contact us

When you write to us, call us or meet us, we process the data you give us: your name, position and company, your contact details, the content of your message and any documents you share. We use this data to answer you, to prepare and carry out an engagement, and to meet our legal and professional obligations, including identification checks required before an engagement. The legal bases are the steps taken at your request before a contract, the performance of that contract, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in running our business and keeping records of our correspondence.

Data recorded when you visit this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts or tracking of any kind. Our hosting provider records technical data for the operation and security of the site, such as the IP address, the time of the request and the page requested, in server logs kept for a short period. These logs are not combined with other data.

Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who work for us under contract, such as our IT, e-mail and hosting providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the standard contractual clauses it has approved.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and engagement files for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter for the retention periods imposed by Luxembourg law, in particular accounting and anti-money-laundering rules. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within two years.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, within the limits set by the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.lu.

Security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, encrypted connections and professional secrecy obligations for everyone working with us.
